Yes, we provide real-time tracking for all deliveries. Once your package is picked up, you can monitor its progress through our online tracking system or by contacting our customer support.
While we primarily use motorbikes for deliveries, we do have limitations on size and weight. Generally, packages should be able to fit securely on a motorbike and not exceed a certain weight limit. Please contact us for specific inquiries.
Our couriers are trained to handle packages with care and ensure their safe delivery. Additionally, we utilize secure packaging and adhere to strict handling protocols to minimize the risk of damage or loss.
